QA/QC Introduction

1) QC/Technical Support: Our QC team consists of engineers, technicians and well-trained workers to make sure the production processes are smooth-running. We also have 10 technicians in charge of QC training. All our inspectors are trained to perform QC checks with the most meticulous methods. Regular in-house training sessions are extended so as to update them on the latest techniques
2) QC Staff: 25 to 30
3) Materials/Components: Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, Italy, the USA and mainland China
4) Procedures/Testing Details: QC inspections are conducted on all the raw materials, at each stage of whole production, and through random selections for added quality assurance. All the finished items undergo additional comprehensive QC inspection for quality assurance
